ALL technology equipment, including phones in a classroom should not be moved within the classroom or to another classroom, regardless of reason, without prior consent from the Technology Department. Per our Acceptable Use Policy 815, the following is stated:
- All computer equipment is inventoried and assigned to a particular location and network address. The Technology Department must approve any moves to different locations in advance. (Please place a service request in IncidentIQ.)
- Computer hardware may not be exchanged, moved or tampered with in any way.
For your review, this is also stated on the attached AUP agreement form signed by every employee. Additionally, the full acceptable use policy can be read at Acceptable Use Policy
