  • Heartfulness Institute

One of the tools that we've discovered recently (thanks to LIU 12) is the "Heartfulness Institute."  The Heartfulness Institute (click here) is a non-profit organization staffed with volunteer trainers that provide "heartfulness" relaxation and meditation techniques.  Its mission is to "help develop peaceful, healthy, and holistically educated individuals and children, families and communities, and organizations and businesses with a spirit of human well-being and oneness."

The website has a variety of tools from webinars (click here) to meditation/relaxation videos and scripts (click here) to information on featured studies (click here).

There is also a free app, HeartsApp by Heartfulness, that you can download:  Android or AppStore
